Day One of the ‘8 Days of Ether’ flash fiction competition and today’s prompt is ‘adventure’. If you fancy your chances, here’s the submissions page, and if you have a smartphone – download the app for as much content as you can squeeze into your brain between now and just before the sun goes whooomf. The Space Between Thinking And Doing will be available from midnight tonight, UK time.

I’m not a proper flasher but after Tracy’s workshop and all your little chats and pointers, I may have to give this a go. Will puzzle over it today 😀
Yes yes yes! Only one place to start and that’s at the start – there’s a new prompt every day (it’s ‘hats’ today and you must be the girl for hats!) so lots of practice for no cost. Go for it 🙂
Seems Ether has been hit by a glitch and the expected upload at midnight didn’t happen. They’re on it. Next time you turn on your tap, you’ll be flooded with lots of fluttery bits of adventurous fiction 🙂
In fact you’ll be flooded with more than adventures because the whole lot – all eight days-worth – will become available at once about this time next week. Naturally, I will be gently guiding you towards my own entries and subtly indicating that a download or two would be nice 🙂
Firstly, thanks Della for your comment re the workshop, and thank you Suzanne for highlighting this one. What a challenge. Now what can I write about ‘hats’?
What can’t you write about hats, Tracy ‘FLash Queen’ Fells 🙂
